ContactIdentity–preserved ProductAn identity-preserved product means a crop is grown to a customer's product specifications. For example, large flour mills blend wheat of different protein quality and content to get an average that matches the specifications of its customers. At Circle S Seeds-Grains, if a customer wants a hard white wheat with a protein content of 14%, the product he gets is a pure 14% product, not a mixture of high quality with lesser quality to get an average. The difference is amazing! An "identity preserved product" yields a better end product, one that consistently produces a better flour, a better bread, a better pasta, a better cereal, or whatever the intended use is. In other words, we grow to the customer's specs, we don't blend to specs. We also combine identity- preserved grains into mixes for cereals and flours. Hard Red Spring Wheat

Superb quality, high protein, identity preserved, milling and baking wheat from Montana. We grow this wheat on our own farm so that we can guarantee the quality, protein and consistency.


Hard White Spring Wheat

We produce this selected variety of Hard White Spring Wheat specifically for the whole wheat bread industry. Our Hard White Spring Wheat is a super high quality wheat with excellent protein. This wheat produces a whole wheat flour that is lighter in color and sweeter in taste.


Hulless Waxy Barley

Naturally Hulless, highly nutritious barley. High in beta glucans and soluble fiber. Hulless waxy barley is naturally sweet in flavor. Used mostly in cereals, snacks and soups.


Triticale

High quality, plump and super clean. Triticale can be used in cereal mixes and as a bakery ingredient.


Organic Hard Red Spring Wheat

Super, high quality, milling wheat produced by Certified Organic farmers. Our facility is a Certified Organic Processor inspected and approved by the Montana Department of Agriculture.


Soft White Wheat

Plump, super clean wheat for making pastry flour.


Whole Barley

Plump, low protein Harrington barley. Very bright white in color. Ideal for malting or pearling.


RYE Berries

High quality and triple cleaned, our rye can be used for rye flour, cereal mixes and other commercial uses.


Spelt Flour

Top quality, whole grain Spelt flour, custom milled by a mill devoted solely to spelt milling.


Whole Oats

Super clean, bright and plump, our Oats are ideal for milling and other commercial uses.
